Plasticised PVC medical compounds

The starting point for all our PVC products.

By mixing the PVC resin with plasticisers, stabilisers, lubricants and other components we obtain our PVC medical compounds for extrusion or injection moulding, with hardness from 50 to 95 Shore A with formulations in accordance with the European Pharmacopoeia, FDA Class VI, ISO 10933 and the regulations for toys 2005/84/EC.

 

• DEHP/Phthalates-free,

• Sterilised by Gamma, Beta irradiation or ETO

• Anti UV

• RX-opaque
